Max Cooke

CEO

Max has served in a leadership role with the Canadian Education Association/EdCan Network since 2007, and as its CEO since 2017. With the support of the Board of Directors and Advisory Council, Max propels EdCan’s strategic areas of action, which are focused on the research, knowledge mobilization, convening and professional learning required to enhance educators’ capacity to explore and respond to public education’s emerging systemic opportunities and challenges. In doing so, Max is responsible for the effective management of EdCan’s operations, revenue diversification, partnerships and communications to achieve the ultimate impact of heightening every students’ well-being and opportunities for meaningful learning to help them discover their purpose and path in life.

Max occupe un rôle de leadership au sein de l’Association canadienne d’éducation / Réseau EdCan depuis 2007 et à titre de PDG depuis 2017. Avec le soutien du conseil d’administration et du conseil consultatif, Max propulse les domaines d’action stratégiques d’EdCan qui sont axés sur les la recherche, la mobilisation des connaissances, la mobilisation et l’apprentissage professionnel sont nécessaires pour renforcer la capacité des éducateurs à explorer et à répondre aux opportunités et aux défis systémiques émergents de l’éducation publique. Max est responsable de la gestion efficace des opérations d’EdCan, de la diversification des revenus, des partenariats et des communications afin d’obtenir un impact et rehausser le bien-être de chaque élève et les possibilités d’apprentissage significatif pour les aider à découvrir leur but et leur chemin dans la vie.
