Pippa Rowcliffe

Pippa attended the University of Oxford where she graduated with a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics. In 1988 she emigrated to Vancouver, Canada. Since early 2008, she has worked for the Human Early Learning Partnership (HELP) at UBC, first as the Executive Director of the Council for Early Child Development, a national agency founded by Dr. Fraser Mustard, and then as the Knowledge Translation Director.  In January 2015, Pippa assumed the position of Deputy Director of HELP.  Pippa has a particular interest in health equity and the social determinants of health, and also in the fields of community systems change and evaluation.
