A Self-Reg Haven is somewhere where everyone feels emotionally, culturally, and physically safe and secure. In this kind of environment everyone – children, educators, other professionals and parents – can truly flourish, grow and learn. This seminar explores how Self-Reg can help people understand and break a stress cycle, thereby broadening their available tools (beyond coping) for managing stress. Each session is co-led by Dr. Stuart Shanker and members of the TMC team, including Executive Director Dr. Susan Hopkins. We will provide a fresh, locally-sourced lunch as well as snacks.
