
Allison Campbell-Rogers
Innovation Educator, Havergal College
Allison Campbell-Rogers is an Innovation Educator at Havergal College in Toronto, where she collaborates with educators, students and community partners to create future-focused microcredentials, transdisciplinary courses and digital wellbeing curriculum. With more than 25 years of experience in education in both formal and experiential roles, she designs learning that connects curriculum to real-world issues and helps young people navigate complexity, cultivate agency and imagine more just and sustainable futures.
Allison holds a Master of Design in Strategic Foresight and Innovation from OCAD University and is a certified UNESCO Futures Literacy Lab facilitator. Her practice draws on futures thinking, human-centred design and systems thinking to support meaningful learning and educational change.
Beyond the classroom, Allison enjoys contributing to refugee resettlement projects and community-based initiatives that reflect her belief in education as a force for social good. Allison is passionate about working alongside learners and educators to imagine and design the futures they want to create.
