Parveen Mithra, CPA, CMA, is a seasoned financial executive with over 15 years of progressive leadership experience across telecommunications, technology, pharmaceuticals, retail and non-profit sectors. Recognized for her strategic insight,
operational discipline and ability to drive financial stability during periods of transformation, Ms. Mithra brings a track record of delivering value in complex, capitalintensive environments.

Throughout her career, Ms. Mithra has built and led high-performing finance teams, supported executive leadership through M&A activity and organizational change and contributed to long-term strategic planning. Her expertise spans financial reporting, forecasting, capital planning and performance management, underpinned by a collaborative, data-driven approach to decision-making and value creation.

Ms. Mithra currently serves as Vice President of Finance at TERAGO Networks Inc., where she assumed additional responsibilities as Interim Chief Financial Officer in March 2024. In this role, she led the finance function through a critical executive transition, ensuring operational continuity while supporting the Board in the appointment of a permanent CFO. She remains actively engaged in key finance and governance functions, including capital allocation, financial reporting, recapitalization initiatives and regulatory compliance — all aligned with the Board’s strategic priorities.
