Linda M. Phillips

Linda M. Phillips is a Centennial Professor and Director of the Canadian Centre for Research on Literacy at the University of Alberta. Linda is an international scholar and was recently appointed by the President of the International Reading Association’s Literacy Research Panel to exercise national and international leadership in literacy research, both at a conceptual and policy level.
