Geneviève Marcoux

Geneviève Marcoux has 28 years of experience in education and currently serves as Coordinator of Educational Services at the Laval School Service Centre (Centre de services scolaire de Laval). Recognized for her ability to mobilize others, her systemic and strategic vision, and her rigor, she supports school leaders and oversees key initiatives that promote the continuous improvement of educational services and the success of all students. Her career path, which has taken her from elementary classroom teaching to roles as an educational consultant and resource person with the Centre national d’innovation en pédagogie de l’enseignement supérieur (CNIPE), has enabled her to develop expertise in professional coaching, change management, and organizational development. Her commitment to innovation is reflected in her participation in the Lab-École project, her contributions to professional writing, and her active involvement in numerous initiatives within the education sector. Holding a bachelor’s degree in education and a graduate diploma, she demonstrates a human-centered and inspiring leadership style, guided by her deep conviction that one must conjugate the verb to dream in the present tense in order to better build the future.
