David P. Burns is an education policy scholar at Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) in Surrey, B.C. His current research is focused on higher education policy, particularly around admissions. He has also written on scientific literacy, moral education, and local education policy. He is the current Vice-Chair of the KPU Senate.
