Caroline Lai

Caroline Lai has been working with people from diverse backgrounds, in multicultural environments, for almost 20 years.  Caroline manages the English Language Learner Welcome Centre for Surrey School District in B.C., and has developed settlement and multicultural programs with the Ministry of Education and other government/non-profit organizations.
