Kathleen is Co-Executive Director, Programs & External Relations at the EdCan Network. She leads the organization’s revenue development, external partnerships, program delivery, and stakeholder engagement. Previously serving as Program Director for Well at Work, Kathleen brings deep expertise in knowledge mobilization and education sector relationships. She is particularly interested in creating ecosystems where people can flourish and the role of K-12 education in creating a better future for all.

Jason Katsikaris

Co-Executive Director, Operations & Governance

Jason is Co-Executive Director, Operations & Governance and Corporate Secretary at the EdCan Network. He leads the organization’s operational infrastructure, governance framework, financial controls, risk management, and compliance functions. With more than 20 years of experience across nonprofit, corporate, and public sector environments, Jason brings expertise in organizational governance, systems modernization, HR, and strategic operations. He is committed to building the institutional foundations that enable mission-driven organizations to operate with integrity, resilience, and long-term sustainability.

Mia San Jose

Administrative Consultant (part-time)

Mia is currently the EdCan Network’s Administrative Consultant, formerly the Director of Operations responsible for the day-to-day financial, operational, human resource and office administration.
