Kathleen is the Executive Director for the EdCan Network, where she previously served as the Program Director for Well at Work. As the Executive Director, Kathleen provides strategic leadership to the organization, leading the program management and partnership development. She is particularly interested in creating ecosystems where people can flourish and the role of K-12 education in creating a better future for all.

Jason Katsikaris
Director, Operations & Compliance
Jason is the Director of Operations & Compliance at the EdCan Network. He supports the organization’s financial, administrative, and operational systems, bringing more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit operations and project implementation. His background includes work in national health and education organizations with a focus on digital systems, HR processes, stakeholder coordination, and event planning. Jason is committed to strengthening organizational systems that support effective and sustainable mission-focused work.

Charlotte Demers Landry
Program Manager, Engagement
Charlotte is the Program Manager, Engagement, where she strengthens connections with school communities and supports staff across Canada. Bilingual in French and English, she works with diverse communities to build strong and meaningful relationships. With a background in the non-profit sector, she is passionate about collaboration and driving positive change. She has worked on initiatives related to leadership, sustainable development, social justice, and empowerment across diverse groups and communities. Charlotte is committed to promoting workplace wellbeing and supporting school communities nationwide.

Shanice Tadeo
Communications Consultant
Shanice is currently the Communications Consultant at EdCan Network, previously the Marketing Manager. She has a background in marketing, communications, and project management in the private and non-profit sector, where she worked with community member-centric organizations and coalitions. Her interests lie in sustainable development, global citizenship education, public engagement, and knowledge mobilization to foster inclusive, accessible and quality education.

Mia San Jose
Administrative Consultant (part-time)
Mia is currently the EdCan Network’s Administrative Consultant, formerly the Director of Operations responsible for the day-to-day financial, operational, human resource and office administration.
