Awa Ndiaye

Awa Ndiaye is a PhD student in Education at the University of Ottawa and a Vanier Canada Graduate Scholar (2025-2028). Originally trained as a molecular biologist in France, she is also a certified Ontario teacher in sciences and mathematics, affiliated with the francophone school board Viamonde. Her doctoral research focuses on developing an evaluative framework for parent-teacher co-teaching to support innovation, well-being, and student success in francophone minority education contexts.
