Kate Freeman, Ph. D.

Dr. Kate Freeman has worked in the field of Indigenous education for over thirty years. After finishing an Honours B.A. in Native Studies at Trent University, she completed a Master’s degree and a doctorate at the University of Toronto, concentrating on program development, adult education and Indigenous education. She currently serves as program manager for the Aboriginal Teacher Education Program (ATEP) at Queen’s University Faculty of Education.
