Christine Preece brings over 30 years of expertise in child and youth holistic health, with a distinguished career spanning education, public health, and community service. She currently serves as the Mental Health and Wellbeing Systems Lead at the St. Clair Catholic District School Board, where she leads the design and implementation of evidence-based mental health strategies through a comprehensive, tiered approach. In this role, she works closely with educators, families, and community partners to foster safe, supportive, and mentally healthy school environments.

Previously, Christine held leadership roles in public health, including positions as Manager and Health Promoter, where she advanced community wellness initiatives and health promotion strategies. She is a Registered Ontario Social Worker, holds a Master of Health Studies, and has earned the designation of Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES).

Beyond her professional work, Christine is deeply engaged in volunteer service, contributing her expertise to organizations such as the Rapids Family Health Team and Water Polo Canada. Her professional philosophy is rooted in empathy, education, and advocacy, with a steadfast commitment to promoting positive mental health, reducing stigma, and building supportive systems that enable children and youth to thrive.
