From Planning to Practice: Implementation Science for School System Wellbeing
Is your school system working to strengthen organizational well-being, but finding it difficult to move from strategic priorities to sustained action? Leadership teams are invited to a webinar introducing a proposed collaborative learning network focused on using implementation science to support system-level change. The session will begin the dialogue about conditions, structures and processes associated with moving organizational well-being priorities from planning to practice.
What could your team gain from learning alongside school system leaders facing similar implementation challenges? Participants will hear perspectives from the research, from the EdCan Network and from practitioners, while also learning about opportunities for shared problem-solving and practical implementation support. This webinar is intended for leadership teams interested in advancing their current well-being priorities and helping to shape a future Pan-Canadian collaborative learning network.
