
Melinda Cameron
Director of Clinics and Research
Melinda Cameron is director of clinics and research at the Halifax Learning Centre, a Nova Scotia–based structured literacy organization that has supported thousands of students through its evidence-based programs. She holds a Research Master of Arts in Literacy Education from Mount Saint Vincent University and brings two decades of experience in literacy instruction, with particular expertise in phonological awareness, fluency, and automaticity. A regular presenter at education conferences, she works at the intersection of reading science and classroom practice.
