Scott Carey
Principal, Eaton School
Scott began his educational journey in 1997 in Okotoks, Alberta, teaching Biology and Chemistry before transitioning into leadership roles. After serving as a Vice-Principal and subsequently as Principal for three different schools across the K-12 spectrum, he recently relocated to Saskatchewan. Scott is currently the Principal of a rural K-12 school in West-Central Saskatchewan, where he is a strong advocate for the power of rural education and its vital role in building thriving rural communities.
Outside of his professional duties, Scott is an avid reader of a wide variety of fiction and non-fiction. When he isn’t reading, he enjoys taking long walks with his wife and their dogs, tinkering with home improvement projects, or driving the back roads in search of his next bird photography subject.
