Bindu Cudjoe has served as Chief Legal Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary at leading Canadian banks and has led strategy for legal, regulatory, ethics, privacy, and inclusion functions. Currently, Bindu is the Principal & Strategic Advisor of Bindustries Consulting.
Recognized with many awards, Bindu is widely known for her transformational leadership and direct, pragmatic advice. She has served on more than 10 boards and is a frequent speaker on risk, governance, innovation, and inclusion. A proud and active mother of three, she is an active community leader with her efforts recognized with the President’s Award for Women General Counsel Canada and the King Charles III Coronation Medal for community service.
