Dr. Julie Cafley
Executive Director, Catalyst Canada
Dr. Julie Cafley is the Executive Director of Catalyst Canada, an organization dedicated to building inclusive workplaces. A creative and strategic leader, she brings deep expertise in equity and inclusion, public policy and higher-education leadership. In 2023, she represented Canada at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW67). A frequent writer and speaker on leadership and inclusion, Julie holds a PhD in educational leadership from the University of Ottawa, where her research explored the unfinished terms of Canadian university presidents and the dynamics of leadership and governance.
