Matthew Waugh, PhD, is Senior Researcher with Surrey School District’s Research and Evaluation Department. He has authored more than 50 program evaluations, published and presented work nationally and internationally, and has taught over 500 teacher candidates in the Faculty of Education at the University of British Columbia.
