Chi Yan Lam, PhD, CE, is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Assessment and Evaluation with the Faculty of Education and Faculty of Health Sciences at Queen’s University. His program of research focuses on empowering front-line professionals and system leaders in leading innovative change through research, design, and evaluation.
