Catherine is an experienced educator and senior leader in the province for Ontario where she has served as a Director of Education, Superintendent, Principal, consultant and teacher.   She has Masters of Education and Strategic Leadership certificate from Rotman School of Business.  Catherine is a certified Executive Coach, workshop facilitator and keynote speaker. Leadership development in education, and in the public and private sector is an area of expertise.  Catherine has been a leader in championing indigenous education and is an advisory member of Paul Martin Family Education Initiative.  She facilitates leadership engagements for organizations nationally and internationally. Catherine coordinates with Dr. Ken Leithwood a project for Directors of Education and System Leaders, leveraging the current research project entitled “Strong Districts and their Leadership”.
