Peter L. McCreath\nPeter McCreath is a dynamic Canadian entrepreneur\, public servant\, award-winning educator and author with a broad record of leadership and accomplishment\, nationally and internationally\, in both the private and public sectors. He has led a diverse career as a secondary teacher and post-secondary professor\, a senior staff officer with the Nova Scotia Teachers Union\, a CBC broadcast journalist\, Member of Parliament and cabinet minister\, Senior Director of Public Affairs for CIBC\, founding Chair of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation\, an officer in the Royal Canadian Naval Reserve\, and small business operator. He’s currently Executive Chairman and managing director of two companies in the beverage alcohol industry. He holds master’s degrees in Canadian History and Curriculum\, as well as honorary degrees from Saint Mary’s University and the Doctoral Faculty of Mexico.
