JOB SUMMARY

EdCan is seeking a Bilingual Client Relations Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for EdCan’s Well at Work clients to ensure that EdCan’s programs and services meet their needs. In this role, your ability to juggle multiple responsibilities is essential to supporting EdCan’s effective operations. The ideal candidate is a highly organized problem solver who can manage details and relationships to ensure the smooth delivery of multiple ongoing projects.

EXPERIENCE

5 years of experience in a manager role ideally from the education sector, preferably in Human Resources and/or a Wellness Manager.

This position is remote within Canada.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES will include:

Steward Well at Work client and prospect relationships

  • Conduct outreach and manage initial communications with prospective clients.
  • Prepare project quotations and proposals.
  • Prepare contracts and invoices.
  • Manage client onboarding meetings.
  • Coordinate with assigned advisors and facilitators to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Coordinate setup of the Guarding Minds at Work survey.
  • Compile client data, coordinate data entry and share with the Well at Work team.
  • Coordinate meetings with Well at Work Advisors and Coaching Leads to identify strengths and opportunities for improving workplace wellbeing.
  • Support Advisors to prepare and format reports and related materials and attach supporting materials.
  • Support the preparation and formatting of professional learning support materials.
  • Organize client and facilitator logistics and distribute pre-learning materials in a timely manner.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with clients, including requests for feedback, testimonials and referrals.
  • Prepare and review client feedback surveys.
  • Review and share participants’ feedback with the Well at Work team.

Open Enrollment Professional Learning Coordination Support

  • Collaborate with EdCan’s Executive Director to set up an annual professional learning calendar and assign facilitators.
  • Set up registration links and manage participant communications.
  • Provide tech support for virtual events.
  • Prepare and review participant feedback surveys.

Communications/Marketing Support

  • Provide general French translation support for organizational communications, materials, etc.
  • Prepare and review materials, reports, presentations, and key messaging as required.
Essential qualities
  • Fluently bilingual (written and oral French and English)
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent skill with Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Familiar with the Canadian K-12 education sector
  • Familiar with systemic approaches to workplace wellbeing
Ideal Candidate

5+ years of management experience, preferably in a Human Resources or Wellness Manager role within the Canadian K-12 education sector.
